What’s great and what’s not
Excellent hotel design with premium quality in every detail. The breakfast offered an impressive selection to kickstart my day. Great location for exploring the city center too.
Crowding in the wellness area made it tough to unwind. I encountered some inconsistencies with staff language skills during dining.

Nature vibes in Zakopane 🌲❤️
Wow, the brekkie was a proper treat! So much to choose from, I was chuffed. the outdoor hot tub was a lekker way to chill after a day exploring. And having my dog with me was a bonus—they even gave her a toy!
Just a bit of an issue with the heater in the bathroom—was cold after the wellness. Otherwise, it was all good!

Room noise can be an issue, with disturbances from lively guests echoing through the walls, disrupting sleep especially on weekends. the wellness area often gets overcrowded during peak hours, making it less relaxing when all you want is some peace after a long day. I found the service during breakfast to be slow, as hot dishes took far too long to arrive, leaving guests waiting over half an hour. And just a heads up, it felt like a maze finding the spa area with unclear directions, which added frustration during my stay.

The amenities here are superb, especially the wellness facilities with multiple hot tubs and saunas. The breakfast buffet is a culinary delight (absolutely loved the selection! ). The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean.
Communication could be improved, as some staff seemed less attentive during peak hours. access to the parking area could be better signposted.
